Los pacientes no deben venir tarde a sus citas, cancelar sus citas a ultimo momento (muy tarde para poner otro paciente en su lugar). Les pedimos que recuerden sus citas (poner en su calendario) y por favor llame 2 dias antes para cancelar su cita. Citas perdidas quita el tiempo a alguien mas que nececita ver al dentista!

Service hours: We are often open earlier than 9:00 am and later than 5pm,
based on dentists' availability for treatment schedules.

DirectionsHwy 5 to Alameda Avenue (West off ramp) to Victory Blvd. Turn right on to Victory and go 2 blocks to Elmwood Avenue. Turn left onto Elmwood and go to 400 W. Elmwood Avenue. Our cross streets are Victory Blvd. and Elmwood Avenue.
Patient CourtesyWe discourage patients who do not show for their appointment, come late or cancel their appointment at the last minute (too late to have another patient take their place). We request that you remember your own appointments (mark them on your calendar) and please call 2 days in advance to reschedule an appointment. A missed appointment takes away the opportunity for someone else to see a dentist!
