How We Help
Low cost treatments are available to children without dental insurance and whose parents cannot afford treatment.
We have programs for early detection and follow up treatment because dental decay is the number one chronic condition found in school aged children (see research below).
Prevention - Scientific advancements in dentistry can prevent cavities. We provide protection from decay such as sealants, fluoride applications along with routine cleanings.
Education - We provide free services to community based events to further educate the public on the importance of dental care.
School Nurses invite us to educate students in such topics as dental health which includes instructions on brushing and flossing, diet and nutrition. We screen teeth for possible decay and apply fluoride treatments as needed.
Community groups invite us to public events where we bring a volunteer dentist to give free dental screenings, free toothbrushes, free fluoride treatments. Volunteers keep children busy with dental games and prizes.
Dental Emergencies happen every day. School Nurses from all over Los Angeles County call for help when children who don't have a dentist injure their teeth. We are here to help.
